Last week was brimming with inspiring content. From Chilufya’s #MBAchicTakeover to this weekend’s Conference, there was no shortage of uplifting, dynamic messages here. We partnered with Harvard Business School’s Women’s Student Association to help promote their conference “Inspire to Rebuild” this weekend, and it was great to watch it all together, virtually, and take in the inspiring messages shared (let’s do it again soon; check out Wharton Women’s Summit happening this week, linked below, too.
). Like when Carla Harris
told us that fear has no place in your success equation
. Or when Meena Harris
told us that female ambition is a positive thing
. And when Mala Gaonkar
encouraged us to seek out opportunities to work with talented teammates and colleagues because everything is a collaboration
. Hope you enjoyed, as well.
Did this last week feel a bit longer than usual for you, too? Inspiring, but longer? Based on a rough poll done on Instagram Stories this weekend, a number of you are feeling super burned out… While this group is ambitious and driven and motivated, one message worth repeating (even if just a few of us are feeling it now), is that our lives will have cycles. We don’t need to be on Level 100000, all day, every day. It’s impossible, especially now (link below to NYT’s story of Mothers in Crisis). Just making it through the day is a worthy accomplishment so don’t let anyone’s content (even what you find around here) make you feel pressure to take on more than what’s right in front of you. Strive for progress, not perfection. And we’ll keep sharing resources and tools. Reach out if there’s anything else we can do or simply if you want to share.
On that point, another quick reminder to join the member site here

Here’s to a good week - sending you the strength and focus to take on whatever lies ahead, no matter how big or small.
