This week we announced our newest MBAchic Fellows pursuing their studies at Brenau University’s Executive Women’s MBA. When we set out to relaunch MBAchic in 2019, the goal was always to empower and, perhaps more importantly, enable through our content, community and collaborations (also a portion of all MBAchic proceeds funds MBA scholarships). Awarding $60,000 in scholarships over the last two years has been a dream come true, and we’re excited to continue to support the academic and professional paths of those in our community. Check out the article below to hear from our newest MBAchic Fellows, Kristi Talley and Anne Stewart Forbes!
Speaking of enablement, we’re currently building out our spring content and programming to accompany the launch of our member area. If you would like to get published on MBAchic or pitch an event for our community, please get in touch. We have a number of ways to get more involved – anywhere from profiling an industry leader / alum from your program to writing a personal essay for the site… hosting a conversation or teaching our community something new, and more.
Finally, today we’ve got an exciting giveaway launching (from a professor and familiar face at MBAchic). Check out MBAchic.com at 12pm ET today for the full details.
Keeping this intro short, but leaving you with words of wisdom that seemed to resonate over this week from
Barbara C. Jordan and
Dr. Mae Jemison. In lieu of jobs and a community roundup at the bottom of this note, sharing a throwback that just… hits different a year into the pandemic. Sending you good vibes for the week ahead!
